Roger Wong

Roger Wong founded Leansphere as a new type of consultancy – a brand strategy practice that was modelled on management consultancy rather than marketing service agency norms.

Leansphere is a pure strategy house, marketing deliverables is a part of the equation, in collaboration with both client teams and expert partners.

Prior to leansphere, Roger offered his consultancy services and turned around loss-making companies and organizations by implementing lean strategy. He also excel during his stint with MobileOne (M1), ST Electronics, Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) and head a Public Relations Agency that serves international, regional and major clients including Toys’R Us, BAE Systems, HP,Rustic Nirvana and National Heritage Board.

Roger is actively involved in the social and business communities. He holds leadership and advisory roles in JCI Singapore (National President, Advisor and Ambassador), JCI City (Advisor), JCI Achiever (Advisor), JCI Entrepreneur (Advisor), JCI Batu Kawan (Advisor) and Asia Pacific Development Council. As an International Trainer and ACTA-certified, he has trained and coached in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam< Cambodia, Taiwan and Japan.

He was awarded “Ten Outstanding Young People” award for the Humanitarian and/or Voluntary Leadership in 2012. He founded the Asia Pacific CSR Council and Asian Academy.
